Application Guide for NENU Online Courses of International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship 2020-2021
为了给中文学习者提供继续学习的机会，经向语合中心申请，我校将结合自身优势，开设中文在线学习奖学金项目，欢迎符合条件的申请者踊跃报名。
In order to provide Chinese learnerswith opportunitiesto continue their studies, after applying to the CLEC, NENU will set up Online Courses of International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship for Chinese learners. Welcome to join us!
一、资助对象/Eligibility
1．非中国籍人士；
2．身心健康，品学兼优；
3．有志于从事中文教育、教学及相关工作；
4．年龄为16-35周岁（统一以2020年9月1日计）。在职中文教师放宽至45周岁。
All applicants shall be
a)non-Chinese citizens;
b)in good physical and mental condition, and with good academic performance and conduct;
c)committed to Chinese language education and related work;
d)between the ages of 16 and 35 (as of September 1st, 2020). Applicants currently working as Chinese language teachers shall not be over 45.

三、奖学金资助内容/Scholarship Coverage

四、申请条件/Qualification

初级班 Primary Level Class |
HSK1级180分以上，具有HSKK成绩者优先。 A minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level1), andpriority will be given to applicants with HSKK transcript. |

中级班 Intermediate Level Class |
HSK3级180分以上，具有HSKK成绩者优先。 A minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level3), and priority will be given to applicants with HSKK transcript. |

高级班 Advanced Level Class |
HSK4级180分以上，具有HSKK成绩者优先。 A minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level4), and priority will be given to applicants with HSKK transcript. |

备注/Note： 1. 获得奖学金资格以后，将进行汉语水平测试，根据测试结果分配到合适的班级。 2. 出勤率不足80%的学生，将被取消线上学习资格，并通报推荐机构。 3. 学习期满顺利结业的学生，将获得东北师范大学汉语进修结业证书。 4. 确保网络状态和设备符合网课的需求。 1. Aftergrantedthe scholarship qualification,the students will takethe Chinese proficiency test and will be assigned to appropriate classes according to the test results. 2. Students whose attendance rate is less than 80% will be disqualified from online learning andthe results will be reported to the recommending institutions. 3. Students who have successfully completed their studies will receive the certificates from NENU. 4. Please ensure thatInternet connection and equipment meet the needs of online courses. |

五、申请流程/Application Procedures
（一）国际中文教师奖学金申请系统报名/Apply attheInternational Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Application System
1. 登录国际中文教师奖学金申请系统(http://cis.chinese.cn/account/login)并注册账号。
Log on to the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Application System(http://cis.chinese.cn/account/login) and register an account.
2. 填写申请表，奖学金类别请选择一学期研修生（线上授课），并选择学习时间（2020年11月至2021年4月或2021年3月至2021年7月），接收院校选择“东北师范大学”。
Fill in the application form. Scholarship Category:“一学期研修生（线上授课）(one semester study (on-line course). Duration of Study: fromNovember, 2020 to April, 2021 orMarch, 2021 to July, 2021. The first choice:东北师范大学（Northeast Normal University）
3 填写并上传全部申请材料后，点击“提交”按钮。
fill in the form, upload alltherequired documents and click “Submit”.
4. 返回查看申请信息，并关注申请进度。
Return to check your application status.
（二）东北师范大学国际学生管理服务平台报名/Apply at NENU International Student Service System
1. 登录我校国际学生在线报名系统(http://studyatnenu.nenu.edu.cn)注册账号。
Logo onto NENU International Student Service System (http://studyatnenu.nenu.edu.cn) and register an account.
2. 申请类别：孔子学院奖学金，学生类别：普通进修生。
Program: Confucius Institute Scholarship, Student Type: GeneralVisiting Student
3. 填写个人信息，上传所需材料。
Fill in the form and uploadtherequired documents.
4. 提交申请。
Submit the application.
5. 对于符合申请条件的学生，我校将联系并安排网上面试。
NENU will arrangeanonline interview for qualified applicants.
6. 获得奖学金资格后，我校将发放电子版录取通知书。
For applicants granted with the scholarship, NENU will issueadigital Admission Notice.
六、申请材料/Application Documents
1. 护照照片页
2. HSK、HSKK扫描件（有效期二年）。
3. 推荐机构推荐信（可联系当地孔子学院申请推荐信或联系我校，经面试合格后由我校HSK考务中心开具推荐信）。
a) a scanned copy of passport photo page;
b) a scanned copy of score reports of the HSK and HSKK tests (within the two-year validity);
c) a reference letter by the head of the recommending institutions.( Applicants may contactthelocal Confucius Institute to apply for the reference letter or contact NENU. For applicants who pass the online interview, NENU HSK test center may issue the reference letter. )
